Flavour Devil's Food cake, and I added a teaspoon of cinnamon to give it a kick.
I used a 9"x13" pan to bake the cake. I cut the cake in half (9"x6.5") and layered the halves with buttercream icing. I decorated it with fondant after.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups sugar - 1 cup buttermilk
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
